after early reports of Pound having close to 40 kids out when practice started they now have 21. Not even enough to scrimmage against themselves. I said it years ago on here when he was at Ervinton and he's done nothing to change my mind, he's HORRIBLE. I wonder if this is his last year.

I heard they had less than 21 at the JIB scrimmage. I don't know what the deal is there, it seems as if the athletic department as a whole is in a big mess. It's not that they don't win they aren't even competitive in any sport.

A guy I work with for some reason is a Pound "fan". He was at the scrimmage and said they had 21 dressed. They've got too many mommies and daddies running the show there it seems. When you've got them sitting in on head football coaches job interviews, that's a big damn problem. They interviewed some guys who could have done some good things there, instead they took the biggest [censored] up of anyone they interviewed. I'm still curious to see if he starts stalking and harassing the two kids that transfered to Clintwood like he did Chris Strouth last year. Did I mention he's a moron?

Anyone else notice they misspelled the word "basketball" on the word search..?..lol IMO, Pound could be decent if they knew how to use their personnel, slowed the game with a slow paced O, and actually lined up in a defense that fit their personnel. Until that happens, the Lb. will just be the home of little league teams that never do anything after little league, and the home of the only athletic program I know that have "members of the community" set in on interviews to help em pick coaches. I used to wonder why the Lb. struggles....now I know.
